Returns & Refunds

I just received my shirts but they are the wrong size
Simply return the article and we will exchange. Please note this does not apply to custom orders, (please read below in the “custom orders” section) and additional shipping charges will apply. All items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and complete with all original tags and packaging intact. As a special sizing note, we carry different brands of clothing which in turn are manufactured by different companies. The sizing varies from manufacturer to manufacturer and sizing charts located at each item should be verified.

I just received my shirts and wish to return them and receive a refund
We offer a full 365 day return policy if you are for some reason unsatisfied with the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the circumstances. Shipping charges are not reimburseable. Clothing articles must be unworn and undamaged with all original packaging and tags intact. Again, custom apparel orders do not apply to the return policy described above. Please read below in the "Custom Orders" section.

I just received my order and it is either damaged or wrong?

Shipping

What is your Shipping method?
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received and are usually shipped the same or next day. Weekend orders are processed on the following business day. All Guayabera and Havana shirt orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, on average it takes 2-3 days for customers to receive. FedEx rush overnight delivery barring holiday rush or non-working postal days. Hawaiian garments are shipped directly from Hawaii and many times are made to order. They average from 4-7 days to receive, but can also take up to 3 weeks depending on availability. Our warehouses are located in Ohio, California, Hawaii, and Washington. Depending on the shirt styles that are ordered, stock can come from either warehouse or all warehouses.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally for most countries. We use USPS global priority, global express, and FedEx. Shipping time varies from 2-10 business days depending on the method. Free shipping does not apply to Int'l shipping.

Free Shipping
We now offer free shipping on all US domestic orders totaling over $100.
Free shipping is standard USPS Priority shipping only. The free shipping offer does not apply to rush or overnight shipping, discount retail orders, wholesale discount orders, International orders (including Canada), or custom orders.

Custom orders

I have general questions before making my custom shirt order
We understand that ordering your custom wedding shirts can be a complex matter. For that, we have compiled a document based on our many customer questions we have received- please Click Here to access. If you still have questions after looking over the documentation or if you are unsure about something, please feel free to give us a call.


My wedding is in about 2 weeks and I need to make a custom order!
Depending on how soon your need is, we do have an expedited service available. Please call regarding this service for pricing and availability. Note that during the busy season this service may not be available.


Sizing my custom Guayabera shirts, custom Linen pants, and Linen suits
We emphasize (probably over emphasize) the risk involved when making the assumption about size without carefully measuring and matching. There is a time and cost loss associated with any mistakes made on the customers behalf. We always recommend following the directions on our help page closely in order to accurately measure and match to our sizing charts. We cannot take responsibility for customer mistakes or assumptions! Although we do sympathize, we will remake the shirts and take the return, but full refunds cannot usually be given. Our policy is to give a 50% refund on returns resulting from mistakes at the customer behalf. Please follow the instructions carefully.


Perfect Embroidery color matching on my custom Guayabera shirts
If a perfect shirt embroidery color matching is required, we strongly recommend purchasing the Madeira book. Colors viewed online will vary in shades whereas the book contains actual thread that is used by the manufacturer for the embroidery. The online swatch matching system is for a basic reference for a casual color idea, not for exact acuracy. If used and relied upon for an exact match, it is done so at your own risk! We cannot be responsible for mis-matched shades as a result of this method. Our 50% custom shirt refund policy applies here as with the incorrect sizing. Fabric Color Locator Services
If you have a special fabric color matching request outside of our 8 standard fabric colors, you can download the form and proceed as the directions on the form. The fee for the fabric locator service is $50 that will be added to the cost of your order. Alternately, if you would like to use your own fabric you that you would like us to use for your shirts, we do accomodate this at no additional cost! Why am I being charged $8 per shirt for shipping my custom shirts, and why does the free shipping offer on orders over $100 not apply to my custom order?
The free shipping offer applies to our catalog instock products only as they are shipped domestically. Our custom apparel however is authentically and meticulously manufactured in Central America, therefore must be imported into the US. The cost associated with this service includes customs duty clearance and brokerage fees on top of the shipping and handling costs, then a domestic shipping charge to the customer from our distribution center in Seattle. The static average of our bulk import expense described above comes out to little more than $8 per shirt. The rest of the expenses are paid by us and included in the cost of the shirt.
